FAQ

Do your pots leak?

This was our experience with many other 3D printed pots out there, which is why we always use custom acrylic or glass liners. No more dreaded water rings on your lovely wooden coffee table!

Can you give me advice on semi-hydronic growing? I've never done it before.

This time last year, neither had we! There is a wealth of information available online, and lots of plant lovers sharing tips on YouTube. What works for one plant might not work for another though, so research is key!

Can you tell your products are 3D printed?

We started printing these pots for ourselves, and our plant friends who came to visit our house kept asking 'where can we get one from?', hence Solvi was born! Our products are printed on industrial grade printers and in excellent quality filaments, and although 3D printed items can contain slight imperfections, we're sure you (and your plant babies) will be pleased as Pothos with your purchase.

How are your products packaged?

We aim to be eco-responsible here at Solvi. Wherever possible, our packaging is reused and recycled; we can't promise the packaging will always look pretty, but we're doing our bit for the environment! If your order is a gift, please send us a message and we will do our best to use a new box.

How are your products posted?

We post using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. We'd love to give free postage, but unfortunately our products are delicate and need adequate packaging and reliable postage. We do not make a profit on postage.

How quickly will my order be posted?

Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, including postage times. Tracked 48 usually takes 2 days but can take up to 5; Tracked 24 usually takes 1 day but can up to 3. We state a fulfilment time of up to 5 days, because occasionally we need to order more filament or parts to make your product. However, most of our products are printed the same or next day, and then posted very quickly.
