Simpla Visible Root Self-Watering Planter - 19 Colours

This is the exclusive 'Simpla' glass visible root planter. A glass vase with 3D printed basket to seperate growing medium from the bottom water reservoir, designed and produced by a plant lover in Cornwall, UK. We design and manufacture all our own planters so you can be sure that we are not using the designs of others. Please note this product has an increased packaging cost, which is factored into its price, due to it not being protected by a 3D printed outer.

Suitable for semi-hydroponic growing; we have used ours with LECA, but could also be used with other growing mediums. Comes with a microfibre wick which draws water up from the bottom water reservoir. Starter bags of LECA and PON are available on our website if you're new to semi-hydroponic growing.

No puddles; these are designed using a dishwasher-safe glass outer to avoid furniture damage. Pots not remaining watertight long term is a common complaint with 3D printed items, something we really wanted to avoid hence our use of custom liners. 

Pictured here in Orange; see colour chart for 19 colour variations available. Please be aware that 3D printed items can, by nature of the printing process, contain small imperfections. We don't send anything out that hasn't been through quality asurance, and our customer feedback so far is always 'wow - this is 3D printed?!'

Important care instruction: please note any plastic elements should not be exposed to extremes of temperature, including hot water, prolonged bright sunlight, dishwashers, very close proximity to grow lights. Wipe down with cold/lukewarm water and a soft cloth. 3D printed plastic, as with many plastics, can warp/crack in heat, and fade in the sun.

We state a fulfilment time of up to 2-3 days, because occasionally we need to order more filament or parts to make your product.
